Embodied Yoga Therapy

It can be used to treat a variety of physical and mental health conditions and can help manage stress and improve quality of life and health.
1:1 Yoga Sessions & Yoga Therapy
My offer consists of creating an individual program lasting several weeks, tailored to your personal path of healing, which we will work out together in an initial consultation. Depending on the case, we focus on various yoga-philosophical, movement-based and art-therapeutic areas, integrating techniques of yoga, shamanism and art therapy. We always work resource-based.
In Person sessions take place @yogamoves Winterthur, Steinberggasse 61, 8400 Winterthur or at your home.
Online sessions and initial consultations are possible via Zoom
