immerse yourself in the contortions of the trees and ferns and surrender to the apparent chaos. You shall see the purpose and identity revealed in the geometry of nature. We merge with meandering limbs, the leaves our tender garment. We find love, shelter. The trees become our safe haven where we can tenderly meet our sorrows. We belong to one family. Connectedness and integration is our rebellion. We are warriors of light and darkness, together revolting in the pursuit of liberation.

I believe in our life being a path into the unknown realms of what healing can mean. Healing can be an ever-evolving journey of exploration and discovery, a process that takes on many different forms - as bright in color as the rainbow. I believe that the key to true healing is to be open to whatever form it may take in each individual journey.
